What is the return policy?

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged, or if you have any questions or concerns about your Mail Music Card, please reach out to me directly at lex@lexcolton.com and I’ll be happy to help :)
When will I get my order?

Every order is hand-packaged by me in Paris, France. Once shipped, please allow approximately:

  • Europe: 4–7 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7–10 business days
  • Asia: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–21 business days

These are estimates, and international deliveries may occasionally take longer due to customs or local postal delays.
Where are your products manufactured?

The products are created by me in Paris, France where I am currently based at the moment! All designs, music, art, and visuals are by Lex, unless otherwise stated :)
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included in the final price of your Monthly Music Card.

This is currently a one-person operation, so thank you for your patience and support as things get started with the Music Mail Club :)
What is on the USB Credit Card?

Your USB Credit Card comes packed with something different each month. Starting out, you can expect:

  • Unreleased & upcoming work by Lex Colton
  • Royalty-free loops for your own productions

How can I play the USB Credit Card

The USB Credit Card is a USB-A drive. Simply plug it into your computer, or use a USB-A to USB-C adapter, and explore the contents on your phone/computer!
Are the loops included royalty free?

Yes! All loops are royalty-free unless explicitly stated otherwise. For example, some sample starter loops may not be cleared for commercial release.

What does my Monthly Mail Club delivery look like?

You’ll receive a C6-sized paper envelope containing your USB Credit Card, custom-made stickers and other art pieces, plus a little strap for your USB Credit Card if you want to accessorize it or hang it on your backpack, bag, etc.
What is the goal for Lex's Music Mail Club?

The goal of my Monthly Mail Club is to share my passion for music with people who want something unique, fun, and physical that they can enjoy and collect.

I started this because I love physical media, and I feel like it can sometimes get lost within the music producer community. I wanted to create a way to have a little physical piece of the music, something you can actually hold onto, collect, and enjoy alongside the digital world.

Each month, you’ll get new music, stickers, designs, and other little surprises. As the Mail Club grows, I plan to keep expanding with new designs, packaging, and product ideas.
