Where do you ship?

The Monthly Mail Club ships worldwide from Paris, France.

International shipping is available, including to the USA, Canada, Europe, Asia, and other destinations around the world.

When will my order be shipped?

Each order is hand-packaged by me in Paris and sent through the postal service.

Orders are normally prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days of purchase.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times can vary depending on your location and local postal services. As a general guide:

• Europe: 4–7 business days

• USA & Canada: 7–10 business days

• Asia: 7–14 business days

• Rest of the world: 7–21 business days

These are estimated delivery times, not guarantees. International orders may occasionally take longer due to customs processing or local postal delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping is included in the final price of your Monthly Mail Club order.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import charges depending on the destination country.

Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Please also make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. I cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if it hasn't arrived after a reasonable amount of time, please contact me at lex@lexcolton.com and I'll do my best to help.
