Welcome to Lex’s Monthly Mail Club. These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through this website.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About the Monthly Mail Club
Lex’s Monthly Mail Club is an independent music and creative project operated by Lex Colton.
Each edition may include a USB Credit Card, music, royalty-free loops, artwork, stickers, videos, and other digital or physical content.
Editions may be produced in limited quantities and, where stated, may not be reprinted once sold out.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are shown before you complete your purchase.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Your order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.
I reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, such as a product being unavailable or an obvious pricing or technical error occurring on the website. If an order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are hand-packaged and shipped from France.
Estimated delivery times and information about international shipping are provided in the Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of my control.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
4. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Because purchases are made online, consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law.
Where this right applies, you may cancel your purchase within the applicable legal withdrawal period without having to provide a reason.
Certain exceptions may apply, including where applicable to digital content supplied immediately with the consumer's express agreement and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost once performance begins.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact me at lex@lexcolton.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and, where useful, photographs of the package or product.
I will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.
6. USB Credit Card & Digital Content
The USB Credit Card is a USB-A storage device containing digital music and other content.
The USB Credit Card and its contents are intended for personal use unless otherwise stated.
7. Royalty-Free Loops
Loops specifically identified as royalty-free may be used in your own musical productions, including commercial productions, subject to any specific terms included with that particular content.
Some files may be provided for demonstration, starter, or other purposes and may not be cleared for commercial release. Where this applies, it will be explicitly stated.
You are responsible for checking the usage terms included with any particular file before commercially releasing a production containing it.
8. Intellectual Property
All music, artwork, designs, photographs, videos, text, graphics, logos, and other original content created by Lex Colton remain the intellectual property of Lex Colton unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a Monthly Mail Club edition does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
You may not redistribute, resell, re-upload, or commercially exploit the original music, artwork, videos, or other content included with an edition unless you have been given permission or the specific content is expressly licensed for that use.
9. Website Content
I make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the website is accurate and up to date. However, product images, artwork, colours, packaging, and other visual details may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen.
I may update, modify, or discontinue products, designs, content, or editions without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for indirect losses, delays, or issues caused by circumstances outside of my reasonable control, including postal delays, customs delays, incorrect delivery information, or events beyond my control.
11. Privacy
Personal information provided when placing an order is handled in accordance with the website's Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in France, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to customers in their country of residence.

I'll always do my best to resolve issues fairly and directly.
Where applicable, consumers may also have access to a consumer mediation process or other dispute-resolution mechanisms provided by law. French online sellers must inform consumers about the possibility of using a consumer mediator.
